We love Karanina! We originally thought about tackling our kitchen remodel ourselves, but after everything that happened during the project, we're incredibly thankful we had her on our side. We love our finished kitchen and are very happy with the final result. While our project experienced delays due to subcontractor workmanship that required work to be redone, our GC was committed to making things right. She stood behind the quality of the work, worked with us to reach a fair resolution, and ultimately delivered a beautiful kitchen we're excited to enjoy for years to come. I loved working with Karenina and Aubrey. Aubrey inspected the work daily to make sure it was perfect. She even did some caulking and adjusting shelves for me. Karenina suggested a way to add more cabinetry and Aubrey suggested orientation of the tile for the backsplash. I loved the input but they never pushed. Miss K was within a few hundred dollars of the estimate and that included some water damage that was discovered as well as a couple of change orders on my part.
