You wont find a general contractor who is more efficient, cost conscious , and most of all better at communication! I will only use her moving forward with house renovations! I couldn’t be happier with her work! And would recommend her to all of my family and friends!
Karenina was great to give feedback on design ideas, helped us know where it was worth spending money and where we could save money. She made sure we were happy and taken care of when contractors made mistakes. She had a good eye for knowing what we needed and seeing things we wouldn’t have thought of. Thank you for helping us build beautiful spaces in our home!
We had a fantastic experience with our full first level remodel. Communication was great. We were able to stay on schedule by working hand in hand through the whole process. We made adjustments as we went and they were seamless. Any issues we found we were able to discuss and get resolution quickly. Detailed cost breakdowns helped us stay up to speed with the changes.
