We love our finished kitchen and are very happy with the final result. While our project experienced delays due to subcontractor workmanship that required work to be redone, our GC was committed to making things right. She stood behind the quality of the work, worked with us to reach a fair resolution, and ultimately delivered a beautiful kitchen we're excited to enjoy for years to come. We appreciate her professionalism and dedication to getting the project across the finish line.

I loved working with Karenina and Aubrey. Aubrey inspected the work daily to make sure it was perfect. She even did some caulking and adjusting shelves for me. Karenina suggested a way to add more cabinetry and Aubrey suggested orientation of the tile for the backsplash. I loved the input but they never pushed. Miss K was within a few hundred dollars of the estimate and that included some water damage that was discovered as well as a couple of change orders on my part.

I was really disappointed that you didn’t show up as we had scheduled. I rearranged my day and made time because you expressed care and interest in helping us through a tough situation with my dad being very sick. You gave the impression that you understood the urgency and need for an in-person visit. The last-minute change to a virtual meeting—something we never discussed—felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the context.
