I just visited this salon for eyebrow, upper lips and chin threading and had a real bad experience. The threading person was the only person running the salon and the store. When I went in, I was the only person and soon after another lady and a customer came in and this lady was rushing my threading. Instead of spending time on the first customer who came in she was rushing me because the other customer was telling her that she couldn’t wait. I got my eyebrows threaded here by who I believe was the owner, and the experience was disappointing. The service felt very rushed and rough, and there was little to no guidance on how to stretch my skin properly to reduce discomfort. Threading is usually manageable for me, but this felt unnecessarily painful due to the lack of care. I also didn’t feel comfortable asking for my usual brow shape or additional services because of the overall attitude during the appointment. For $17, the service did not feel worth the price. DO NOT make the mistake of getting your eyebrows done at this place!!The lady is extremely abusive unprofessional and on top of that did a number on my brows! I literally walked away feeling like my face had been BEATEN up. I have had my brows done for over 15 years by different people across the globe and never had an issue. Charge $40.00 for full face threading. Ripoff. Fraud as they advertised lowest $. Plz confirm how much they charge b4 u get service. And they charge 10% tax for service. That's stg new....sale tax for service!?
Told me $25 for full face than charged me $55 never going back! Horrible threading place.
