Xiao Ou is amazing! I used to do both services at 2 different salons but I’m glad I found Miss Hair Studio where I can now do both. Going from a cherry red to a neutral dark brown was not easy at all. It took about 5+ hours total and there were difficulties along the way. He is patient, kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him! EDIT: I washed my hair for the first time since getting it dyed and I’m taking off one star because there is still red tones that remain in my hair. Xiao Ou is amazing! I am super picky when it comes to anyone touching my hair & I can fully say that I trust him to cut and color my hair. I used to do both services at 2 different salons but I’m glad I found Miss Hair Studio where I can now do both. Going from a cherry red to a neutral dark brown was not easy at all.
