My boyfriend's cat needed groomed to remove a few mats from his long coat. Miss Emily's was recommended to me by my roommate. She stated her friend used Miss Emily's to have her dog groomed. When I brought Ziggy in, we were welcomed by Miss Emily and her mother. They were very friendly. I explained Ziggy's situation and she took him back. Ziggy is a Ragdoll.
