First & last time going here. Walked in with the sides of my hair almost to my shoulders and the back to my shoulders with a picture showing how I wanted hair cut and styled and walked out almost scalped with chopped up hair too boot. Picture clearly showed hair at least 4" under chin line and when I walked out the sides of my hair was barely under my ear lobes on the sides and the back was chopped all way up above the nape of my neck with my entire neck uncovered.
