we are mount airy, north carolina's best kept secret in the south.....we do pie art, gourmet cakes for all occasions, cookies as big as your face, fruit danish and turnovers from our orchard, fresh breads and rolls daily, and the best pies in the state....we have been on tv july of 2013 for AMC Showville as a contestant, we were the ANA Agritourism guest speakers 2013, and were featured in Bake Magazine 2013. and just featured in the July 2016 issue of Our State Magazine

Our ladies' weekend led us to Mount Airy, NC this past weekend and to your lovely bakery. The proprietress and her daughter were our service staff and treated my Auntie to a free scoop of butter pecan - all because she was a pleasant person. We purchased several pies, a few danish, a couple brownies and the BEST slice of coco-loco coconut cake I've ever eaten! Thank you for your hospitality. We cannot wait to visit again!! Blessings!

I love this bakery. The pies have the most amazing crust and the fillings are just as good. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would go back every week if I lived in town.

Nats in the display cases, filthy floors and tables ,mouse traps in the filthy bathroom, afraid to eat anything ,on the way down a dirty hall open cooling racks of food you pass on the way to bathroom. Never going back
One of the best pies I've ever had! Miss Angel is a baker from heaven....all fresh ingredients, flaky crust, not too sweet and so many choices! Everything in the shop was fresh--quiches, brownies, cakes, muffins. It's definitely worth a stop in if you're up in Mt Airy.
Was visiting from Maryland and had butter pecan ice cream with moonshine,it was amazing! Earlier in the day was at a little farmers market and bought a few pastries and pies and loved it as well! I'll be back for sure! I also wanna add that the pecan pie is seriously the best Ive ever had!
