I usually have great experiences with Miss A—it’s normally a 10/10 for me. However, this visit was extremely disappointing. Customer service was practically nonexistent, even though I saw employees in the back of the store laughing and not engaging with customers. When I asked for help, I was met with eye-rolling and attitude. I also tried to ask about a specific product I was looking for, but I was cut off and told to shop online—while I was literally in the store trying to show them what I needed.
