I came here at 8:30 PM because Google clearly says they close at 9:00 PM. As soon as we walked in, the employee told us they were closed and wouldn’t serve us, even though there were still 30 minutes left before the posted closing time. If the store actually closes earlier, the hours on Google and the door should be updated so customers don’t waste their time driving there. It was frustrating and unprofessional.
The cashier was HORIZONS, She was rolling her eyes at me like what? I pushed somethings made out glasses and she broke them. She was sooo disrespectful.
Ugly manager with an ugly attitude yelled at twelve year olds for talking slightly loud. It’s completely understandable to ask them to be quiet in a professional manner but she yelled BE QUIET across the whole store. Just trashy and not how customers should be treated. Seems like her being rude has happened in the past as well.
It’s not that hard to be respectful to costumers that are willing to pay you.
