They have you sign the lease and then you get no service. Repairs are left undone. They have a portal to log in repairs yet cancel them and don’t do them. Give you the runaround but take your money.
This "company" required me to put a deposit down before even signing a lease (which I have since found out is not legal...) when I requested these funds be returned they refused and I was ignored. I will be pursuing further action. EDIT: to reply to recent comment from business - I did NOT sign a lease (which was stated above if you were to read it) so it was never taken off the market. I never executed any legal agreement.
Misrahi will rent to you, likely have falsely inflated the price (so do your research after you sign the lease), and will walk away. If you have problems or issues in your apartment they will ignore you. But if your rent is a few days late after being a good tenant for a decade, they’ll contact you incessantly.
