Nail salon is very kind and welcoming , got my toes done with my friend here and asked for acrylic and gel , spa treatment , and they used such amazing tools and massages for feet and leg , definitely will come back to this place , thank u Aura nail salon !!
I decided to give this salon another chance after it came under new ownership because I wanted to be fair and see if things had improved. Unfortunately, my experience was even worse than before. This is only my second week, and my nails are already chipping, lifting, and breaking. I’ve been to other salons where my sets have lasted much longer with little to no damage, so this level of wear is very disappointing. When this nail salon first opened a few years ago, I was very happy with them. I was excited there was finally another nice option besides J&H a few doors down which I've never liked. Misou is new and modern-looking. Ambiance is nice, and the place is kept clean. However, lately, the quality is not consistent depending on which staff member you get to do your nails.
