I moved here because of the great location and reputation, but I’m honestly heartbroken by how poorly this place is managed. For months, the elevator hasn’t worked, the gym AC is broken, and the building constantly smells damp and dirty. There have been two major floods, and the repairs are still not finished — the hallways and common areas look messy and neglected. Even worse, there are rats in the building.
