Cynthia Rubio Gomez has truly distinguished herself from the team, considering I have resided in Misora for two years and am familiar with most individuals. Nick Tran and Cynthia have been exceptional. Cynthia has demonstrated a notable ability to rapidly analyze information, address challenges with professionalism, and showcase her expertise. She is focused on providing prompt solutions while maintaining a polite, intelligent, and delightful demeanor, making her a pleasure to work with.
The leasing office here is incredibly disorganized and unhelpful. Simple tasks, like reserving the loading dock, are mishandled—even after confirming twice in person, I found out on move-out day that it had been double-booked. Move-out inspections were also a mess; I was ghosted twice during the scheduled window, and only when I went to return my keys did they finally call someone to do the inspection. Communication is frustrating, with multiple email addresses and no clear way to know which one (if any) will get a response.... read more
A NIGHTMARE. Had late night party people move upstairs, have had to call security every single night. I get no rest. Get woken up almost every night. Management has done NOTHING- not even an email back with security telling them about this, and I wrote a sheet of documented evidence of the disturbances. Their resolution was to have me move and pay extra per month on Monday.
