Elevators are broken 50% of the time. No joke. So as the front door. So low security and be prepared to haul stuff up and down stairs! There is always an excuse that we are looking for a “rare” mechanical part and that’s why.
We wanted to do a BBQ and the moment we opened the grill, mice popped out. They were everywhere — in the barbecue area by the pool, near the gym, and even in the hallways. This is supposed to be a “luxury apartment,” but the conditions are ridiculous. Paying premium rent and being met with rodent infestations in common areas is unacceptable and unsafe. Management needs to take immediate action, because right now, the property is not being maintained to the standard they advertise.
Nick has been nothing but helpful, always quick to respond to emails. Cynthia too has been fantastic. The security team here is amazing — honestly better than the police. Any issue I’ve had, water problem or anything , gets fixed immediately. The location is unbeatable, and my apartment was spotless when I moved in. The garage is fantastic too. I don’t regret staying here at all — everything gets taken care of so quickly. Highly recommend!
