The maintenance and concierge service is really bad: 1) the key system is archaic compared to any other brand new units. And they keep sighting security… but security is horrible here. The front entrance door has been open and broken forever. But god forbid, if you requested an extra key for 2days-period for your mom who is visiting you out of town…. I have had a wonderful experience living at Misora at Santana Row. Specifically, Noelle made everything very easy and was always so communicative whenever we had any questions. :)
Moved here about 3 weeks ago and i love it so far. The community is great and the management is easy to work with. Facilities are clean and quiet. Cars are safe in the garage.
Personally, I've had great experiences with both leasing and maintenance. Maintenance especially is a 5/5, I've had nothing but positive experiences working with George. The property overall is relatively luxe with the greatest selling point being the euro-like walkability of the santana row neighborhood.
Nick Tran is always so kind, helpful and professional. He is the person who does whatever you need right away, and is also so reliable that you can count on him for whatever and whenever. I think this office is so fortunate to have someone like him so wonderful and bright as an assistant manager. He is the best manager I’ve ever dealt with and being helped. I really appreciate Nick. He made my stay at Santana Heights so comfortable and good.
