Moved down to the Keys from NY, and wanted to stay with State Farm. Since there are no State Farm offices in the Keys, this Agent was the closest available. I had such a horrible experience with this Agent. I been a client for very long time and the lady named Amalia is an unprofessional lady that works there she doesn’t know what she is doing and never helps I went in a couple of times to to get a better rate on my insurance and she even tried to tell me “ill move you to another company” she had also given me a price and when I got my insurance policy it was higher than what she had told me she is very rude and all the time she is lost I talked to them and asked to have someone else to take my case but they keep give her my ca... read more
