Waited outside the store for 15 mintues because they left to go get starbucks. Said screw it and left.

We have to leave & lock the store and leave for a few minutes for various reasons, because we are small are only one of us works at a time. We are very sorry, the sign that says "went to get starbucks" has a smiley because its just a way of saying we have to be gone for a few.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Very clean! And a large variety of pet supplies! ;)
Very helpful, wouldn't have known what to do without all the free advice and tips they gave us on our first puppy, guinea pig and rabbit. Best variety of accessories for animals too.
