First of all, no one seemed to speak English and that is difficult for a service business. I told them the water pump wasn't working. They took it apart and put it back together and it worked fine. Well, as it turns out it is an electrical issue and not the pump so they had not done any diagnosis. So, if you need diagnosis you might consider elsewhere.
Misha is very friendly and helpful... this guy goes out of his way to help.
Slow to respond and did not return calls. They came out and did an inspection and determined the problem. Charged $420 then came back out and determined a call to the factory was needed. This was a Friday. Never heard back after 3 or 4 calls and texts we determined we had been ghosted.
This is the third time I've used Misha's RV, and every experience has been outstanding. The first two times Misha came out with his mobile service, and this time I took my travel trailer to his shop after I accidentally backed it into a tree limb and damaged the roof. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed with an upcoming trip and the insurance process to deal with. I called my go to RV guy, Misha, and just like always, he got me taken care of. This is a man with integrity I had a problem with my RV fridge. He's suggested a couple of things and it actually work. He did not charge me for these suggestions.
