My husband has been a paying customer, and every visit feels less welcoming than the last. Staff are frequently hiding behind the front counter on their phones instead of engaging with customers or running the shop like a business. I’ve been going to Misfits since it opened. Every barber gives the best cuts I’ve had in the Springfield area. Atmosphere is great, even for kiddos.
