Shelby just finished with my 2022 gladiator unfortunately like some of the other reviews. He has failed to do a good job currently my gladiator will need a new transmission. 300 miles into his re-gear the gladiator tried auto parking at 60 mph. Unfortunately it’s his 3rd failure working on the gladiator. First being a timberline failure for a Show he attended leaving an inexperienced tech to finish the re gear. Note: they say they haven't met me but they have and I have been in the presence of them not completing any work they said they would. Do not work with Shelby on anything he is a terrible business owner and a questionable person at best.
Absolutely dog cussed me for no reason when I went to pick up a vehicle. I have only met Shelby 1 time and he down right disrespected me. He threatened to trespass me and call the police if I did not follow his commands of getting in my truck. I know you are not allowed in any business work area so I made sure I stayed outside of his shop to ensure he couldn’t say anything about me being in his work area. Do not use this business. Insurance job to rebuild front and rear axles. 18 items were wrong. 7 of those would have caused catastrophic failure. Truck is still broken. Claims to be an axle specialist yet told the judge axle snap rings don't have to go on my f350. He is a chronic liar. Do not trust these people. Multiple suits against him.
