2008 OUTBACK XT EJ 255 WITH A STICK SHIFT. We rescued her from a dealership in Dallas, Tx over 4 hours away. Can you believe someone traded her in!!! So we have loved her for a year and a half, working on her and getting her back in shape. A few weeks back she threw some codes and I got in over my head! Brought my 2011 Subaru Impreza here and these guys fixed my AC ! Very clear and helpful and took care of other issues I didn't even bring the car in for. Very great ! And definitely will be my choice of mechanics going forward !
Best car service experience ever! If you own a Subaru this is the only place to go. Everyone is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. When my car went in for service Steven was so friendly and called and texted with updates every step of the way. They sent pictures as well and I was shocked to see what the dealership missed. Misfire was not going to let me drive an unsafe car! The technicians went above and beyond! Thank you so much!
Customer service and quality of work 11/10. The level of detail they provide you with while your car is being worked on is phenomenal, including progress pictures every step of the way. Fantastic turnaround time considering everything I had done. If you own a wrx/sti and you aren't taking it here and to BW Tuning, you're missing out.
