Drove all the way down from New Mexico. Absolutely awesome experience! Stephen and Shawn made me feel right at home from the moment I got there. They went above and beyond in their service provided and with customer interactions. Amazing people and phenomenal communication. Steve made the whole process seamless and explained as many things as I would like in as much detail as I liked without a second thought. They sent pictures of each step and even helped me clean up something that I didn't know was a problem, completely free. I will be returning for maintenance soon as this place is my new go-to shop.
Hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a shop! As a first-time Subaru owner with a used 2012 WRX, I was impressed by how passionate and knowledgeable the team was about these cars. I brought my car in for the 90k service, and they did an outstanding job. Not only did they handle the routine maintenance, but they also offered reasonable solutions for a few additional small issues that came up. I couldn’t be more satisfied—highly recommend!
Best mechanic experience in 20 years of driving. Steven was a huge help when I first called, attempted to diagnose from videos I sent in before having to actually bring it in to save me time and money. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and wash my WRX all the same day. 100/10. Will continue to take my car there for service and maintenance. Absolutely stellar job.
