misery ink was awesome! – my husband and i just happened to drive by the shop. we are not from PA but we were visiting for the weekend. We stopped in and they were very busy. the shop was very clean and had a cool vibe. we made an appt. for 8 that evening. I emailed pics to the artist from our hotel so he had some timeto get stuff together(dan i think) any way...i have several tats and this was my husbands first.I really have to commend the artist we had...although he was really running behind he stayed 2 hours after the sho... read more
Misery Ink is the shiznat, lol – Every tat (5) I have gotten at Misery Ink is a real work of art. The colors are amazing, and whether you want a custom tat, or one of the many designs they have to offer, the work is of the highest quality. I've had 4 done by Dan, great guy, real talent. Two days ago I had one done by Byron, and he's great too. Don't have work done anywhere else!!
Best Tattoo Shop in Pittsburgh – I got my two tattoos there in 2007. A butterfly and a rose with my name on my back. I am going to get another this month. It is the only shop I will ever go to. They do great work.
Misery Ink is Awesome – I've had work done at 3 different shops, and Misery Ink is by far the best. Dan, who did my tats is really talented, his work is awesome. The colors are amazing and, if cared for properly don't fade. He makes you feel completely comfortable during the entire process, and is a nice gut. Got my most recent one last summer and already planning the next.

Great Artist – Got my first tattoo last night by Vince. My son has three of his four tats done by Vince also and he would not go anywhere else. I must agree. I love the work, the detail Vince puts in...wanting to do it right, not just in a hurry. The price was more than fair...actually I would have paid more! (don't tell Vince that though!) As I was getting this one done, I was thinking what I could do next. THANK YOU VINCE!!!! So pleased!
Vince is Awesome – When I went to Misery Ink they were very nice to me. I love that place. I had gotten my first tattoo, and I didn't get it done at Misery, and now I do regret it cause it didn't turn out good. I had gotten a tattoo done at Misery Ink and it took six hours. I had Vince do it. He is the best ever! Now that's the only place I go to get anything. Best Tatto and Body Piercers Ever – i have been goin to misery ink since i was 14 years old. The first service i got was gettin my tongue pierced and Frank (one of the piercers) did it for me. I was nervous and he walked me thru it all step by step. I watched him sterilize the needle and jewlery, along with getting out a fresh clamp to clamp my tongue. He did an amazing job!!! Amazing artists – Its been 3 years since I've been to Misery Ink (too busy between college and a full time job), but the 3 times I was tattooed there by Vince, it was great. Vince is an amazing artist. As soon as I get some more money together, I'm going back again. I've been tattooed in 2 other shops, and they pail in comparison to Misery Ink.
