We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our remodel and could not be more grateful for the incredible work done by Mise en Place Design! We worked with Mise en Place on our primary bath remodel. There were some issues, as there always are in construction, but Jennifer went above and beyond to work with us to resolve. We love the new space!
The designers at Mise en Place are amazing. Jacinda with whom I worked most closely was creative, responsive, meticulous,and patient. Her upbeat manner made what could have been a stressful experience a delight. Our kitchen renovation involved knocking down walls and essentially getting the existing space. Unbelievably terrible--main designer (Jennifer) did not even bother to show up for the most essential meeting where we were to make major design choices, nor did she provide the samples she'd assured us she would have (this was a reoccurring problem with MEP). We didn't realize how problematic Mise En Place was until we changed to another designer who actually showed up when she said she would, easily produced deliverables and samples on time, and got us out of the jam Mise En Place left us in.
