The Misch Institute started my career in Dental Implants. To this day, when a clinical decision must be made, I still fall back on the science and biology taught by the late, great Dr. Carl Misch and by Dr. Randy Resnik, who now runs the program. A MUST if you're learning to or already placing implants!
Great education, research based implant training.. I really enjoyed this 5 surgical section. Really never get tired of learning under Dr Resnik. His lecture went beyond my expectations!!!

I just finished the surgical curriculum (S1-S5) at the Misch International Implant Institute and I could not be happier with the overall experience. Everyone involved with the Institute was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Resnik is a leader in the industry. His lectures are incredibly thorough and all based on the current literature. This is the perfect program for dentists of all levels of implant training. I am thrilled to be part of the extended Misch family and look forward to attending future courses.
Had the opportunity a few years back to attend all the surgical sessions. The course exceeded my expectations in a number of ways but most importantly just how comprehensive it is. Recently I attended the complications course. Same result! Great information. Great delivery. Great faculty. Feel comfortable that I can contact these guys when I need to.
