Moreover, the MyChart app does not allow direct contact with this doctor following the visit. Prove me wrong!
Spent $25 on the video visit because I had a cold but she insisted I go to get a COVID test and it would take 24 hours just schedule the test in 48 hours for the results That's a total of 3 days before I could get something for a cold what a joke instead go to urgent care I was in and out in an hour got my script in 30 minutes
She explained everything correctly and gave me great attention.
