The environment is clean and friendly. My consultation with Suguri was thorough and fun. She did a great job with my hair- exactly like my inspo pics! I will come back; Suguri's head massage was so nice, I may book head spa next time 💆♀️ Highly recommend
i went home and cried. the first time i came here, i did the same, but i at least i liked the quality of the perm they gave me. this time, i came in and got nothing like what i wanted, and had my hair thinned down into nothing, and the front pieces of my hair straighter than when i came in. im still crying as i write this. I dont understand. did i do something wrong as a customer or upset the stylist? I really feel hurt and like what i wanted was butchered.
