Always enjoyed my haircuts here with Ayaka! My wife has also had great experiences with Rie and Mine I come also specifically to do my appointments in Japanese, so I'm rather happy they speak in Japanese with me rather than English :) the shampoo and hot towel treatment is also nice to look forward to
I booked my appointment with ayka few weeks ago. Two days prior the appointment, it was cancelled . The reason for cancellation was error in the system, she is not working on Monday at 6pm. This hair salon is NOT RELIABLE
I absolutely love this haircut! My hairstylist was Yoshi, who has a great sense of style and aesthetics. He was very attentive, patient, and respectful of the look I wanted. I highly recommend him, he did an amazing job with the layers and created a beautiful, well-balanced cut.
Five stars for the salon and for my stylist, Kei. I couldn’t immediately point out why I was so happy coming from this place. From reflecting from my past experiences I realized there was an absence of little annoying things! The first is the timing: I did not have to wait at all and was out a few minutes before the hour was over. I never felt rushed and my stylist did not leave me hanging to tend to another client.
