Boyfriend got sick shortly after so unfortunately we won't be back. Also, if you're substiting an item in the combo box (ex: double tempura instead of the California roll) you should get the same amount of shrimp that is in the tempura originally. We substituted the the California roll for double tempura but were only given 2 shrimp & the rest was veggies. Upon asking why there was only 2 shrimp for 2 orders of tempura, the server said that's how they did it. Disappointing.

I only go downtown for Misakis! Best fresh Japanese food in Stockton. Everything from appetizers-sushi-entrees to the mixed drinks is all delicious! Their happy hour prices you can't beat and can't miss. Tara is awesome! She has my regular order memorized, every time I go in she's got it down. The other waitresses are friendly as well. They also aren't afraid to make the drinks strong/right, they aren't cheap like some places around town. Definitely a must try if you are looking for somewhere new to eat.
