My first apartment back in 1978! Rent was an astronomical $225 a month!
Great apartment! Safe and quiet neighborhood next to a lot of stores. Whenever there is a problem with the apartment the handyman comes in a timely and professional manner.
Great place to live
Neighborhood is ok, biggest issue of the place is the maintenance guy Dave. Always see him hiding behind the building or going to the liquor store. Horrible attitude, not professional, always arguing with tenants and after all the complaints tenants have put to get him removed we are only told to "just ignore it thats just the way he is" thats not how an employee/neighbor of the apartment complex should treat the tenants of Miry Run like this. Ask any person walking by in the complex ANY and they'll tell you the same thing. ... read more
