I booked a dermatology appointment with Dr. Danielle Hamilton at Mirus Medical months in advance for a recurring ear issue that sometimes bleeds. I arranged my one day off work for this visit. When I arrived just eight minutes late (thinking my appointment was 1:00 instead of 12:40), Dr. Hamilton refused to see me. No consideration for the months I waited. I’ve read many reviews about this clinic, and I decided to write my own. As a punctual person, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and found the clinic still closed. Exactly five minutes later it opened, and I was invited in for my appointment. Dr. Mo was very punctual as well – she took me five minutes before my scheduled time. I have never felt so stressed with appointment times as I have at this clinic. Each visit increases my anxiety, as there seems to be very little empathy or flexibility from the staff or doctor, who appear more focused on leaving right on the clock than accommodating patients. On one occasion, I arrived only three minutes late due to being stuck behind an accident.
