I was told that I need to pay $100 for no show up when I clearly cancelled my appointment to them via call, they were claiming that my appointment was not cancelled. I see some bad revies with the same concern, definitely not going here.

Bad experience. The appointment lasted under five minutes, and I had to pay out of pocket for the removal of a skin tag. Dr. Hamilton used cryotherapy and I ended up with a big scar on my back. Unfortunately, in Canada, we hardly ever have the luxury of choosing our doctor, but if you do have a choice, please go elsewhere, especially when the procedure is not covered by OHIP.

I would highly recommend against going to this clinic. Not only is this clinic the perfect microcosm of all things wrong with our healthcare system, but it also exemplifies heartlessness in some of our medical professionals. My wife was a brief patient here with Dr. Hamilton, who we originally liked a lot until recent events.
