I would highly recommend against going to this clinic. Not only is this clinic the perfect microcosm of all things wrong with our healthcare system, but it also exemplifies heartlessness in some of our medical professionals. My wife was a brief patient here with Dr. Hamilton, who we originally liked a lot until recent events. If your a senior do not go to Dr, Hamilton, Her schedule does not permit for short term scheduling or accommodation.
They book months in advance so if you have a serious skin condition ask your doctor for somewhere else. I waited for a long time for my appointment and the day of there was a serious snow storm so I couldn’t get there and they wouldn’t let me rebook unless I paid $100. It’s criminal really. Healthcare in this country is supposed to be free. If there’s 30cm of snow and the roads aren’t safe they want me to risk my life to get there or I have to pay $100? Brutal.
I drove all the way from Orleans I was late for the appointment but they did not even consider to try and see me for a quick consultation. I was told to reschedule which I did not I can not drive 1 hour all the time only to be told that I will not be seen because I am a little late for the appointment. I have gone to dental clinic that require much more time and hard work to get patience’s seen and they do not tell you to reschedule and come another time.
