Had to call several times to see if My insurance covered certain portions of my doctors visit. I had to call several times to have them do THEIR job. Laziest MA’s I’ve ever seen. Doctors are also slow. Front desk is lazy and takes forever to figure out if insurance covers your visit and they still dont call you back to let you know. They sent me to another lab to get blood work and drug test done for MA school because apparently they couldn’t get a specific drug test from the lab I went to. On a rating from 1-5, I give them a 0. Staff are beyond disrespectful and arrogant! Multiple times during office visits or calls they give immense attitude. Officially today, I will no longer be a patient here. I was beyond disrespected by one of the front desk staff. They clearly do not like their job. The doctors need to reevaluate their staff. This place it’s a nightmare, it’s unbelievable the waiting time, Even if you have appointment they make you wait more then 4hrs to see the Doc, people here is rude and it’s obviously that no body does there job how there supposed to! Find yourself another place where they can treat you fair and with respect.

Este lugar es una PORQUERIA!! cuando tienes cita tardas lo mismo que las personas que no tienen cita. ! dicen que abren alas 8am Y es mentira. las recepcionista yegan con mala cara y asta las 8:30 . para que puedan recibirte sin cita tienes que estar ahi desde las 6am para que puedas tener un lugar cercarno y no salgas 6 oh 7 hrs mas tarde.!!! Yo NO RECOMIENDO este lugar

Litterly waited 3 hours just to get two shots for my school
2hr wait every time even with appointment is bull crap.
Waiting over 3 hours just to go in a room and not even see no doctor. No one does their job. The place is empty the workers just gossip.. hate this places. Worse doctors office I ever been to.
