they hire people with no experience in hair. this brown guy was forcefully ripping my hair out when trying to detangle my hair with a small men’s comb. my hair is bleached and fragile, he caused severe breakage. he also cut my hair extremely unevenly and clearly had no idea what he was doing. thanks to the asian lady who saved me but i will not be going back and don’t recommend others to go here either
I have been going to the same stylist in Edmonton for 12 years. I couldn't get there this time so decided to try Mirrors Hair Salon. They did a SPECTACULAR job with my hair and took the time to nitpick to get it right. 3 staff looked after me and I must say I am very pleased with everything....and that includes the decent price. If ever I cant get back to Edmonton, then I DEFINITELY will be coming back.
This is my second time coming from Montreal just to get my hair colored here, and both times I have been extremely happy with the results. My hair color turned out beautiful, stylish, and exactly how I wanted it. The work is very professional and clean, and it is definitely worth the trip. I will absolutely come back again. I would give zero for the services they provide. I called for the appointment 2 days ago then they booked my appointment. Before going there I called to inform that i’m coming for the haircut. They said yeah please come you’re timely booked. When i reach there they just start taking other guys first who were sitting there. Then what’s the meaning of booking an appointment?
