I had my hair cut by a gentleman who was completely unprofessional. I think he doesn't have the required training. They are charging as par with other high end salons. $10 shampoo + $37 haircut + $18 blow dry amounts to $65 + tax. I have tried chatters previously. They charge the same but are so professional. This gentleman didn't even use clips to part my hair. He just used his knife like he is trimming a plant and in 5mins he said he was done. Please do not visit this salon.
Went home and cried after my appointment- I look like Little Orphan Annie now. Booked this appointment to try and regain some confidence with my hair, now I'm afraid of going out in public..
I was probably ten minutes early they took me on immediately and just got my hair done. No messing around, just a great haircut and friendly staff. I'd go again.
The owner is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect balayage that suits my skin tone so well. Super kind, professional, and the salon has a very welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!
