wish I could write a review but, they never answer the phone, and don't call back, so, even though I am paying insurance premiums for them to be my dentist, I am paying for nothing.. avoid bright smile as an insurer as well, they don't answer their phone either.
I warn you, do not waste your time here, period. I made a morning appointment a week in advance, switched my work schedule around for it and everything, only to show up and be informed I was not on the schedule. I am very detail oriented and confirmed the appointment information several times while scheduling it, but apparently I somehow was not even "in their system." Ridiculous waste of time. Very friendly staff....Couldn't have asked for anything better, from listening to the patient in the room next to me they were very happy too.
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY, AND WILL NEVER RETURN! If I could give negative stars I would give a negative 2! Dr. Grayson is the worst dentist I have EVER been to. He turned a simple 45 minute appointment to have a tooth pulled into a 2.5 hour ordeal. Dr. Chad Achatz: * Argued with me about having a root canal and crown for 10 minutes even though I repeatedly told him that's something I can't afford (I think he was in it for the added fee to make more money off a more expensive procedure). ... read more
I was given an apointment same day and taken care of. Staff stayed late to pull 2 teeth that needed it. 5 hours spent in the chair. Had pain lingering and was immediately given a new appointment. Extra pain meds given without a big hassle. I highly recommend. Great friendly staff. Chad Achatz is a good friendly dentist that listens to your concerns and will provide a solution to meet your needs.
