Manipulative, dishonest, did a lot of talking behind my back and never disclosed the subject matter to me. Pressured me into decisions I didn't want to make. After leaving initial bad review, called me repeatedly requesting that I remove a negative review, which I did and as soon as I did she started threatening me with legal recourse. The owner is manipulative and talks behind your back with others and doesn't tell you what was said. It is belittling and demeaning.
I had a counselor through mirror pond for a year. She was wonderful. But suddenly no calls and her email address is void. This is fine expect now now one returns my calls. I get texts that I have an appt but no one calls or responds to my voicemail .
