A very middle of the road experience. It wasn’t bad, and I felt my stylist was so very kind, but I didn’t feel like the customer service was great. My cut was alright, nothing offensive! It looks good. I had styling products and heat used on my hair without warning or permission, no heat protectant. Showed up with some pretty defined curls and left very straight and frizzy.
My wife had been faithful customer to Hayley & Faith Hines for the last few years.. great positive vibes and family oriented.. if I had my samoan hair I'd do mines there too...lol ima grow it out ans have them do it ..
