The WORST bang trim ever by Julie. I have seen her 3x before for my fine hair side swept bangs and she cut them too short even though I showed her pictures of how I wanted it to look. I explicitly told her before this most recent trim not to cut them so short. After she trimmed them and I looked in mirror all I could say was OMG! I’ve been seeing Shy for almost 3 years now and she’s been wonderful. Every time I come to her she always delivers! When something went wrong she was quick to handle the situation and was super understanding and made sure I was comfortable as always. She’s also very fun to talk to which is always a good thing because these sessions can take quite some time. Love you girly! 🖤

Please do not come here. I was charged over $500 for a cut and color… and it was completely botched right before a wedding. I asked for a simple cut and balayage, the owner gave me blotchy orange streaks. I had to go somewhere else after the wedding for them to color correct and treat my hair. Not to mention one side of my head was lighter than the other… save yourself the hassle.
