Both the front desk and the technician are lovely, helpful and thoughtful. I was surprised the tech actually remembered me after my latest MRI a couple of years ago! Definitely not just going through the moves. Also, their machine is open on the sides. So helpful if you're claustrophobic
horrible facility and if your doctor sends you here pick another MRI place. The staff is such a disaster so disorganized their MRI technician hasn’t been there in three weeks and they book appointments every week and then they call you three hours before saying they have to cancel. They don’t even know how to run insurance and try to collect an extra $350 in order for me to show up all of which I call another facility saying my insurance covers it in full and there is zero due at time of service. My husband went in to get an MRI on his knee. The technician was extremely unhelpful and basically “bored” with his job. Wouldn’t even help him up off the machine. I’ve had several images done, this was by far the worst tech yet.
I am so happy I found this place!! The huge MRI machine made it very comfortable to lie flat in comfort. I would have gone to this place even if the staff was rude because of the spacious MRI machine but the staff was super nice and friendly!! I've have encountered many short and rude employees sadly at medical facilities so it was refreshing to have a team who really goes beyond regular customer service!
