I paid for a shampoo cut and style. A simple layered Bob is what i asked for. I even showed them a picture. The student cut the Bob, it seems ok best I can see. The layers are not. The older lady chopped a few places on the back of my cut and didn't put in layers. I won't go there again. I rather cut my own hair if I have too like I use too.

Not sure what the deal is with this place, but I called them a couple months ago to schedule an appointment. The girl who answered told me to come 7/12 at 11:00 which was a Saturday (not in the most friendly tone of voice btw. I guess this should have been a red flag). I showed up on this day and time but their salon was closed despite having my appointment scheduled for that time and their hours of operation listed show that they are open on Saturdays. Fantastic place. My hair is thick, curly, and a little bit harder to work with because of that, but it turned out great! Stylist was VERY thorough in making sure everything was even
