First off, they took all the foot work out for me. I can’t even begin to say how helpful and accommodating they were. From scheduling to getting me into a rental for the duration. The customer service was superb. My vehicle was there for a week and a half and I was called several times with an update on my truck. I really appreciated the communication throughout the entire process. It was seamless between my insurance company, rental and repairs. Brought my 2015 Mk7 GTI to their facility to have a major bumper repair and still to this day (two years later), am impressed with their work. Jason assured me my car was going to be just like new and he was very correct! Highly recommend!
Jason was so professional and friendly. My car was hit while stopped in construction and my insurance recommended mirror image. I know why, the work was done in time, my back bumper matches the paint on the car perfectly and my car (which was dirty, I have dogs) was returned beautifully cleaned inside and out!
