We recently purchased a home with a pool and spa with a spillover. We noticed the water level dropping but assumed it was due to evaporation. We had a different pool company come check it but they said that they couldn’t find a leak. We continued to notice the water level drop and had to add water almost every other day. The entire team at Mirror Image went above and beyond. I had a controller issue that I have been trying to get handled for 2 years by another company. Troy and his team told me few days possibly, but had it done in a matter of hours. They walked me through everything and took care of it. Awesome service and will recommend them to anyone.
Amazing team at Mirror Image. Katie helped me through a warrenty issue with my pool pump and went above and beyond all expectation to solve the problem.
I thought I had an issue with my Pentair Pool pump. Some contractors reached out replace pool pump, rebuild your motor. I sent videos to them and Mirror Image Aquatics, they were the only to stop by and visit to give an evaluation. We later found some simple wild grasses and debris to make contact with my fan. Issue resolved fast, quick and honest. A great company.
If you have a pool that needs maintenance or repair do yourself a favor and call Mirror Image. Brittney and Troy will take care of you. They were very responsive and timely with my requests. I highly recommend them!
