I experienced unsatisfactory service during a recent interaction over the phone with a representative, possibly named Sean, who was exceedingly rude and condescending. Attempting to reschedule to due illness and not wanting to get others sick in the salon, I was charged a fee and informed in an unprofessional manner that "it's not our fault you are sick."
