A decent place to live. The biggest pro is the rent price for a relatively newly built apartment and the space that comes with it. As for the cons: 1. The build quality is average to sub-par (eg, one of my toilet seat is misaligned to the toilet frame, some of the wood board panels are coming apart, etc). 2. The design of the apartments, in relation to the garage, is not ideal.
