I wish I could give negative 10 stars - honestly the worst care I have ever been placed in ... They were unprofessional, understaffed and quite far from ethical care. If avoidable do at all costs.
My experience with a psychiatrist and with the healthcare system overall has been completely unacceptable. My chronic insomnia, which has lasted for over 20 years, began after a vaccine administered by a doctor who then disappeared from the clinic and never saw again. I was referred here for a serious mental illness and besides the lovely doctor, no one else has helped me. I was suppose to receive 12 weeks of ongoing support from my first visit, it’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t had any response from them. I followed it up and still nothing. I called them to which they just answered the phone with “hello” and told them that I would like to stop my treatment with them as I am not even getting any. Has an amazing experience with MMH. I'm actually pretty stunned at how many bad reviews there are. I was given 12 weeks FREE assistance by two lovely women who assisted me in discovering self esteem, motivation, self care and strength, which has resulted in me feeling better about myself than I possibly ever have. I'm 48 years old, this is a big deal! I've been in and out of counselling/therapy for literally YEARS and rarely have I felt a connection to a service provider like I did with the women at MMH.
