To the poor person who mentioned the name Gemma , I feel you , she was something else, couldn't even pull a smile , stopped my diazepam without tapering whilst I was Suffering with SEVERE tinnitus , I kept calling even for a letter it took 5 phone calls and 2 weeks for this letter , I also needed my prescriptions to be transferred to my GP as they discharged me 6 weeks early , whilst I was completely not right , honestly this place and Gemma made me worse , she did not give any kind of care or consideration. Don’t ever enlist the help of these people. They will make false allegations against you especially the mental health nurse and get you sent to a psychiatric hospital as an involuntary patient and keep you detained for the whole weekend. They like to detain people under false allegations so they are corrupt.
Many things to improve on, first being understanding of their patients.
Completey useless, was referred here by the hospital and GP and they just turned around saying I need to try things with my GP because they are unlikely to be able to help.
