Doctor Miroslawa Kudej was nice and professional! But we had a very unpleasant experience with the doctor’s assistant Denise. During my mother’s appointment, the medical assistant Denise demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and patient care skills. She appeared visibly irritated by the fact that I had brought my children with me, and repeatedly rolled her eyes and expressed negative body language throughout the interaction. Had test done from another doctor gave her the results never answer my calls
The office receptionists are HORRIBLE at their jobs. They either do not answer their phones, or when they do answer they are rude. Also, any time I leave a message with reception for a call back from the doctor, the doctor never gives a call back. It's apparent by the way the office treats and speaks to their patients that they do not care.

The doctor seems very knowledgeable and would probably be a great provider if her smug and condescending attitude didn’t get in the way. Horrible bedside manner coupled with a complete lack of empathy. You’re probably better off with any other endocrinologist, preferably one that’s a good person. She seems to have a busy practice and I’m sure this review will do nothing to change that, but if I could sway even one person away from this office and towards one that actually cares about their patients’ wellbeing, I’d chalk that... read more
