I hired Miros Cleaning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Prior to the cleaning, I proactively communicated with management about an ant issue and provided photos of the ant-killer residue that needed to be cleaned. We agreed on an additional fee for this specific task. Unfortunately, the team did not complete the agreed-upon work and left the property without notifying us.
