Solid apartment complex, very convenient area for those working right in downtown. I want to highlight a special 5-star rating for Salvador and Jose as they always work swiftly and seamlessly to fix any service requests we make. Particularly, when the whole A/C in my apartment unit went down, they were extremely prompt in getting the new parts and installing by the time i came back from work the next day! On top of that, they are always so friendly whenever I see them around the building! Makes for a great community :)
To start this off The Miro apartments are an amazing place to live! Patty, Monica, and Stephanie are all fantastic in the office. The property is kept very clean, and managed very well! I would 100% recommend the Miro to anyone looking to move into the area!
Although I’ve only lived here for a short time, I have loved being a tenant! All of the concierges, office staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Everyone is very friendly and professional. The amenities are great, the building is always kept clean and presentable. The location is also great! Plenty of bars, restaurants, and entertainment within short walking distance! Would definitely recommend this property!
I recently visited a friend during one of the resident events, and even though I’m not a resident myself, I was impressed by how welcoming everyone was. The staff took the time to introduce themselves, and it was clear they genuinely care about creating a sense of community. The atmosphere was friendly, organized, and inviting. It’s wonderful to see a place that makes both residents and their guests feel so welcome. Great experience overall!
I’ve really enjoyed living here, the staff has always been friendly, helpful & quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the pool area is definitely one of my favorite amenities. it’s just been a great experience
