I had a great experience finding my new place at these apartments! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location. Monica was amazing throughout the whole process—super friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. She made everything easy and stress-free. You can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend both the community and Monica if you’re looking for a new home!
Stephanie is wonderful to work with. She gave me a delightful tour even on a cloudy day. I am still considering other more modern apartments even though Stephanie offered me an affordable rate in a beautiful apartment. 10/10 but I found out I might live in a different area. Literally amazing tour.
Lived in two different units so far, we noticed that the in-unit hallways are on the long side but otherwise the units are nice. If anything isn’t wonderful, the engineering team Jose and Salvador are great at fixing and communicating. For all non-service related inquiries, Stephanie is always easy to talk to and has great hospitable energy.
Stephanie was a joy to meet! She was well informed, bubbly, and we had a blast looking at apartments. Her attention to detail was impressive and I’m excited to work with her in the near future!
