So much love and gratitude to Mirmont, the ca's, the nurses and all the counselors, especially Alisa. They saved me from myself and put me on a path to a better life. I can only repay that debt by working an honest program and remembering to thank my higher power every day I am clean. They made me see that serenity is attainable.
Great place to start a new life!! Awesome staff nice clean atmosphere and new soft chairs in in lecture hall lol . Live it one day at a time!!!!
My stay was as enjoyable and enlightening as it was necessary. Great counselors and a wonderful community. I would recommend it to anyone that needed treatment.
September 16,2013 is when my journey in recovery began. It began at Mirmount and I truly believe that I am only alive today because of my stay there. I am beyond grateful for all the staff there. I went in broken and beaten up feeling undeserving of any type of love and happiness. Everyone in there from the person at the front desk, The clinicians to the kitchen staff to the maintenance workers all made me feel loved and helped me tremendously I wasn't a patient I was a human in need of help and that's what they gave me. It worked for me...enabled me to start over... the step down process is well thought thru...one additional month at a transitional facility... Intensive out patient sessions...meetings...and done...2 yrs...substance abuse is a memory...nothng to ashamed of...im greatful...to have gotten to go to Mirmont.....lifes Great...we can all clean up ...and re-do...namaste...bc
