I was a Patient under my former last name. I don't recommend them. They're all about the money only. They will max out your dental benefits every year and squeeze whatever isn't covered out of you. They know exactly when your benefits reset and all of a sudden you need all kinds of stuff done. When you decline because you just paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket last year after your insurance paid their portion they will kick you out of the practice. Provider and staff are amazing.
I would not use this dentist due to the unprofessional staff. They require you to use peroxide rinse before every procedure. When you research the subject there is no benefit and definitely no consensus among dentist that this is necessary. I politely let them know that I didn’t want to use it since there is no benefit and was told it’s their policy. This place is an exceptional work establishment!! The employees are nice, the teeth work is amazing, the doctor is very professional, the office is scenic, and the results are beautiful! If you want to go and treat yourself to any dentistry needs or wants, Dr. DeMichele is the place to go!!! It was a pleasure seeing Stephanie!
