Extremely disappointed with this office. The staff appears severely untrained regarding basic prior authorization processes, with multiple employees giving completely conflicting and inaccurate information. As someone who reviews prior authorizations professionally, it was frustrating to be spoken to condescendingly while they clearly did not understand the process themselves. I don’t know how anyone could honestly give me mirmanesh pediatrics anything less than a five star review! They are always readily available to take my kids in when they wake up sick! I love feeling that I’m not just a number, but I’m an actual person with actual children.
We switched from a family physician to Mirmanesh Pediatrics about two years ago. We seen another physician there previously we liked who had left. I was a little upset, until we met Dr. John. He was awesome with my 13 year old son. We have been having some GI issues with him for sometime and he actually listened and took action. Also, he took a good half hour and really talked to my son. I started coming to the practice when I had my first baby in April of 2020 and as a new parent in the COVID era I had sooo many fears and concerns when it came to my baby, but Dr. John and Dr. Jay were always so patient and understanding with me. Everyone from the front desk to the actual doctors are absolutely amazing and you can tell they care so much.
