Loved my time here at Mirkos’ Pasta on Roswell Rd. I came in craving ziti and seen they didn’t have it on the menu. Mirko, the owner, came over and asked if i needed any help ordering. He told me they do not sell it but he kindly went in the back and personally made me his own version of Ziti. I was in awe. It came out and it was delicious! I discovered the hidden gem of Mirkos from a buddy I went through a veteran’s PTSD program with. He and I share a love of good Italian food. He initially found Mirkos and afterwards he described how rich the Alfredo was and I immediately knew I had to try it. A couple days later he and I came to Mirkos and I immediately fell in love.
