This company is absolutely awful when it comes to service. They have had notice to cancel our account (veterinary) since October 2020- at which time they confirmed the account was closed. But they continue to generate bills for us, now totaling over $2,600?? You cannot reach anyone via their customer service, yet they have no problem calling you in a harassing manner. STAY AWAY!

I recommend that you do NOT use Mirion for dosimetry services. Their customer service is slow to respond. They did not respond to an RFQ for nearly a month. Their AP contacted us to find out our account number rather than talk to their own colleagues. Overall, I have been quite dissatisfied with their service.
