I highly recommend Mirian's Hair Salon in Rockland. Helena spent a very generous amount of time with me, helping me to refine my vision for my hair, meticulously giving me full highlights, and blowing out my hair to perfection. I am close to platinum blonde now and I am so happy and grateful to Helena for the beautiful job she did. Plus, she's a funny, engaging, and dynamic woman who is fun to talk to. 5 Stars!
