she might have been a good lawyer once but she needs to stop practicing. she represented me in arbitration and didn't even know the basics of what rules were in place for my situation. she kept asking me basic details of my case over and over and kept confusing my case with someone elses the morning of the meeting with the other lawyers. find another option, you'll have a better outcome.
