I requested red, blonde, & brown highlights and lowlights. Instead i got blonde that turned pink after she rinsed and a full head of a faded looking pink. She left me in a chair with blonde and red in my hair for over 2 hours. My hair is in really bad shape now. The breakage is horrible and to top it off she charged 267$ for something I didnt even want. I wouldnt recommend going there..
