I messed up doing my sister's brakes (put the pads in backwards) and took the car to Mirelez to diagnose. They were quick and honest about what the issue was. Told me everything I needed and offered to take care of the parts. Didn't beat around the bush and try to upsell me. My car was in and out a few hours later on a hot busy Saturday. When I paid at the desk, we opted for Paypal and for some reason Paypal unexpectedly charged a $5 fee on our transaction. He said it was ok and let it go. Things like that go a LONG WAY. My wife took our Lexus here and had a great experience. We bought an 84 El Camino and called a lot of places in town and they didn’t work on them. I didn’t think Mirelez Car-care did either, but when I called them they said, we work on everything. I was so pleased.They had our car for about a week because parts were difficult to get however they did an awesome job. Thank you again, Aiden and Albert for working so diligently on our El Camino.
I took my car in today for a repair. I was working with Aiden and I am so pleased. He is honest and got my car exactly when he said. There were no hidden cost or charges. Lexus forgot to include a part so he went out to pick it up so we would not have to wait for delivery. Thanks Aiden you are my go to for honest repairs!!
Albert has always been honest and very fast and responsive to all my needs for my E63 AMG and Camry. He gets stuff done without any questions or any upsell. He's never pressured me to get anything done if it's not needed and has even told me jobs that don't need to be done to save me money. I trust him with all my cars and has always done right by me. When you need a reliable mechanic in a pinch he is there 6 days a week. Thank you and your team for all your work.
